Our company’s origin story is one of passion and dedication to the manufacturing industry. Brian Ellis, founder, has spent his career working in the manufacturing industry in various capacities. After spending twenty years consulting for various manufacturers, Brian identified a significant gap in the market. Brian realized that the heart of production, the employees, had been neglected, and left without the necessary tools to succeed.
